Wellness & Mindfulness Coaching

Before coaching, I was dealing with a host of illnesses. Coaching has made me realize I can reach my goals and even surpass them. I can run farther than I thought I could and I’m doing self-care practices that I wasn’t doing before.

I had a very positive experience working with Rachael. What I liked most about our coaching relationship is that there was a give and take format where the conversation just flowed and no one was dominating the conversation. It was perfect.

Through this process, I’ve actually discovered that I have a lot of love for myself in a healthy way. By doing a lot more self-care during the coaching, I’ve realized how much I really do care for myself.

I would recommend coaching to anyone who wants to better their life.
