Wellness coaching is all about achieving the optimal physical, emotional, spiritual, and environmental health in your life as defined by you. We spend our entire lives in our own body, and yet sometimes it’s the easiest thing to neglect. Making positive change is difficult, especially when we’ve learned to rely on unhealthy behaviors to cope with the many stresses of life. As your coach, I offer the guidance and support you need to get unstuck and start making progress toward the most healthy and balanced version of you.

In our wellness coaching relationship, we explore where you are now, what wellness means to you, and the steps needed to get there. I ask powerful questions to help us discover what is getting in the way of your health. What keeps you up at night? What benefits do you get from eating that extra tub of ice cream? What happens if you don’t make changes? Using the insight from questions like these, we work together to set small, tangible, and achievable goals. You’ve got this, one small change at a time!
